Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before departure, late arrivals that prevent the tour from running, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Weather and safety
If Madeira by Locals cancels the tour because of unsafe weather, road conditions or operational reasons, we will first try to reschedule your tour. If no suitable alternative is agreed and payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.
